One of the greatest unintended outcomes of the internet is the restoration of "communities" via social media. We were becoming completely isolated as we lost the connections of our physical communities and developed tendencies towards isolation. While at first, digital communication only exasperated the problem, we are now going 360 degrees and our online communities are now fostering the development of physical communities as an extension of our online relationships. Our personal universes are expanding, today we can be part of dozens of communities and have thousands of active relationships all in real time. All of this has a profound effect on society, how we buy and sell, what we buy and sell and what our expectations are. That is everything in real time!
