A simple thought to remember when purchasing paper. Purchase Paper with a Pedigree!

Just as if we were going to purchase one of our furry little friends, we want to know it's lineage and genetics, we need to consider the pedigree of the paper we choose, along with that of any other forest product for that matter.

We need to know the origins of the pulp, the environmental ethics of the mills, and the overall environmental footprint of the papers production-cycle. So while we work together to get to the point where we have an environmental impact statement sheet for each grade of paper, for now we need to do a little homework and ask the Who, What, When, Where and Why's of the paper we purchase.

If not we may be inadvertently be contributing to global forest degradation & destruction.
